Mortgage rates rose for the fourth consecutive week, according to mortgage giant Freddie Mac. Rates on 30-year, fixed-rate mortgages climbed to a nationwide average of 5.77 percent this week vs. 5.73 percent one week ago.
Still not bad considering this time last year that were roughly at 6%.
