The Walton County planning Commission will meet tonight to hear about the new Condominium Project planned for the south Side of 30A adjacent to the beach in Seagrove Beach Florida. The plan is for an 8 unit multi-family condominium project.
We could use a few more beach front condominiums on Scenic 30A. Condos are great for retirees or those who just want to live a leisure lifestyle and avoid the hassle of lawn maintenance. Condominium living can provide an atmosphere of being on permanent vacation.
